Purchase Terms

1. General Conditions

Lindström & Nilsson AB applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have parental consent. By customer, we refer to a physical person.

Agreements are made in Swedish, and we only deliver within Sweden and Finland.

We reserve the right in case of obvious errors, such as price or typographical errors, to correct the error afterward. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you are naturally free to cancel your order at no cost. We also reserve the right not to execute an order if, for example, your item is out of stock or in case of technical problems.

If you wish to correct your order after placing it, we can only do so before your order has left our warehouse. All goods remain the property of Lindström & Nilsson AB until full payment has been received. Lindström & Nilsson reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

2. Ordering

Products from Lindström & Nilsson AB can be ordered via www.powerboots.se. Incoming orders are confirmed with a written order confirmation via email.

An order is binding on Lindström & Nilsson AB's side only after an order confirmation has been received by the customer.

Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right to deny customer purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately.

3. Prices

All prices include Swedish VAT, currently 25% and are stated in Swedish kronor. Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right for VAT increases and other price changes that we cannot control. Additional fees for cash on delivery or invoice fee may apply.

4. Payment

Card Payment: You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Choose card payment and follow the instructions. The goods are shipped directly after payment and no extra fee is charged.

Invoice: We offer payment by invoice via our partner Klarna. With invoice payment, the goods are sent to the registered address. If you do not want the goods sent to your registered address, please use another payment option. No invoice fee is added (0 SEK). Payment terms 14 days. Late payment will incur a reminder fee, interest on arrears and the current reference interest rate.

Installment: We offer installment payments in cooperation with Klarna. You can pay the full remaining debt at any time during the installment period. The installment options we offer are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Time

What we call standard delivery means delivery from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we will contact the customer. Lindström & Nilsson cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or discontinued products.

6. Delivery Delays

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Naturally, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase in case of significant delivery delays.

Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right to disclaim compensation to the customer in such situations or in case of delivery delay.

Important! In rare cases, the postal service misplaces letters and packages. We do not replace these.

7. Right of Cancellation/Exchanges

Lindström & Nilsson AB applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to 14 days return policy, without special reason. To get a prepaid return label for returns, contact customer service at shop@powerboots.se All goods to be returned must be carefully packaged, in unchanged condition and in original packaging. All to avoid damage to the item. You as a customer are responsible for the transport risk back to Lindström & Nilsson AB.

To verify and identify your return, always attach the delivery note that you received with the delivery and this return slip. All products must be returned in unused original packaging. If you regret your purchase, please return the item within 14 days.

When your return is received and approved, a refund will be made.

Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right to charge you as a customer if something is missing, or not returned in original condition.

Exchanges:

You have 14 days to decide if you want to exchange your products, counted from the day you received your package. Keep in mind that you cannot specify what you want to exchange for through our return slip but instead place a new order directly on our website for the items you wish to exchange to.

All items sent back to us as an exchange must be in original condition and retain all labels and tags.

Keep in mind that you can move forward your invoice's due date with Klarna so that your return or exchange can be registered before payment.

8. Complaints

Lindström & Nilsson applies the Consumer Purchase Act for complaints. Thus, we undertake to replace faulty or damaged products at no extra cost. Be careful not to pick up packages with visible faults that could have affected the condition of the item you ordered. If so, make a complaint directly at the delivery point and ask them to send the package back to Lindström & Nilsson AB and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email shop@lindstromnilsson.se to inform about the complaint.

If you complain about your item due to damage or misproduction, we will make a manual assessment and may request the product if needed. If the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new product. If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get a refund. We can only perform refunds in the same way and to the same account used at the time of purchase.

9. Unclaimed Packages

If you for some reason do not claim your package, you will pay costs for unclaimed packages. Unclaimed packages are charged a fee, currently 250 SEK. The fee is invoiced in arrears. In case of non-payment, claims are unconditionally forwarded to a collection service. No exceptions are made.

10. Security and Privacy

At Lindström & Nilsson AB, data privacy is important to us, and we therefore want to be open about how we handle our information about you as a customer.

We at Lindström & Nilsson are responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us such as name, address, personal identification number, mobile and telephone number, and email address protect your personal data according to the Personal Data Act. We will process your personal data to be able to administer your purchases with us and only function for registration. We never forward, sell, or exchange your data for marketing purposes to third parties.

We see you as a customer during the time you pay for any of your purchases or have an account registered with us. An account is automatically created at the time of your first purchase.

By purchasing products from our range and registering with us, you consent to such processing of your personal data as stated above. You can wholly or partially withdraw your given consent by written notice to us at the address below.

It is voluntary to provide personal data. You have the right to delete all personal data with us as long as you do not have an ongoing purchase or invoice or request a correction of incorrect data with us.

Lindström & Nilsson AB uses encrypted data transfer. Payment and personal information are transmitted through secure pages online. Lindström & Nilsson AB never saves any card details.

11. Reservations

Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right to errors in content and price list on the website.

Lindström & Nilsson reserves the right to changes in the range and has the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right for possible out-of-stock items in the range.

Lindström & Nilsson reserves the right to any printing errors in texts on this website. We also do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the products' true appearance.

Lindström & Nilsson AB reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

12. Cookies

According to the Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on July 25, 2003, all visitors to a website must be informed if cookies are used. When you visit this website, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies and are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart when you shop. Session cookies are not stored for a long time on your computer, but disappear when you close your web browser.

13. Dispute Resolution

We at Lindström & Nilsson always try to resolve disputes directly with our customers. If we still cannot come to a solution, you as a consumer have the opportunity to contact a local alternative dispute resolution board to submit your complaint.

Lindström & Nilsson has committed to follow the decisions and recommendations from the General Complaints Board (ARN) as an alternative dispute resolution body. You can therefore contact ARN regarding your claim against Lindström & Nilsson.
