Sulman Neon neoprene boots

Neon is a pair of warm, mid-height all-weather boots made of neoprene and rubber. The boots feature a flexible, foldable shaft and a removable insole. They are waterproof and can withstand temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius. They have a solid outsole with a grooved pattern which provides good grip in both wet and slippery conditions. Pull tab and reflector at the back.
